We are currently specializing in low-density middle housing. This includes detached ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units), duplexes, side-by-side townhouses and any other structures that fall under the IRC (International Residential Code). We are not currently designing stacked flats, 3+ dwelling unit structures, or any other structure that falls under the IBC (International Building Code).
In addition, we offer a site feasibility study as a stand-alone consultation to aid in the assessment of your project's feasibility. There is no commitment to hire us as your project architect, but should you choose to work with us, the site feasibility fee may be applied toward your design project.
